Warranty Policy
Aldebaran offers 1 year warranty on all jewellery purchased from the store with the exception of final sale items that have been sold as they are. In case of any breakage that’s been caused due to a manufacturer’s fault, we provide a repair service free of charge after inspecting the item.
The item needs to be sent to and from our partner jeweller in Melbourne performing the repairs and the postage is covered by the customer. In case the repair cannot be performed on that particular item, we provide an item replacement or a store credit.

Returns & Refunds
Aldebaran accepts refunds in the unlikely event of the parcel or an item arriving damaged. Please, contact us either via the contact form on the website or email us at hello@aldebaranamulets.com as soon after the arrival as possible, and let us know about the situation.
All items must be sent within the next 5 business days and the tracking number must be submitted so we can easily locate your parcel. Once we receive it back, Store Credit will be credited into your Aldebaran account so you can use it for an exchange or a purchase of another item.
Custom Sourced items are non-eligible for a refund or a return, as they have been specifically sourced for your needs and are sold as they are with their possible imperfections due to the vintage nature of the items.
